Each of the five Limited Edition Estancias features a split-level living room with projection TV, stereo, CD/DVD player, gas-log fireplace, indoor wet-bar, fully-equipped kitchen, double carport, security alarm system, private phone line with several extensions.
All five villas provide the ultimate in privacy with high-walled furnished patios conveniently accessible from both the master bedroom and living room French doors, your own private swimming pool and spa, covered patio dining, gas barbeque and outdoor wet bar.
Each villa offers one or two-bedrooms with TVs, two-baths, master bath with spa tub and French bidet, King Size Airloom Feather beds, upscale furnishings and tasteful fine art. 
All rates are for two person occupancy! Additional charge of $25. per nite per person will be charged to account.
** Based on availability, length of stay, etc. Excludes high-occupancy periods, and Presidential Villa.
